Garlicky Pasta.

Usually, once I take the time to create something I’ve seen on (Thanks Katie for inviting me, life hasn’t been the same since), I love the end product. From wreaths to cookies. Not so here.

This was terrible & I’m not about to blame the whole mess on the recipe. Did I mess up? Too much garlic? Not the right bread crumbs? It wasn’t even tolerable. I thought it would be a great lower-fat pasta meal with lots of flavor. Wrong.

Now, since I’ve talked it up so much, maybe someone else will dare to try it and tell me how it turns out? the picture looks so yummy…
